Darcy.

Why we still fall in love with Mr. Darcy, makes modern men so confused.
Women are continually in search of their own Mr. Darcy. Is it unrealistically wrong to set high standards?

Winter Drainer.

Bored. Thoughtless. Lazy. Clueless. Hmmmmmmmmm. Hating winter to the core. Needs some warm TLC! Or just some retail therapy!

Miranda Kerr.

Victoria's Secret Angel, Miranda Kerr. One of my all time favourite models. And I am loving these photos - a feature in Grazia magazine for bathing suits. My favourite is the third, I think I have developed a thing for clouds. They are what I like to call a beauty of natural arts. They have these intriguing elements and qualities that are unpredictable and are always completely different.

Reddy for Love?

Something strikingly beautiful about this image. I think it just may be the red. Or nature's beauty. Or the textured ruffles. No, it's definitely the red. The girl in the red dress.
I will own a stunning long flowing red gown. Just haven't fallen in love with any yet.

Sex, Annie And The City.

Sex And The City, another series featured in Vogue by Annie Leibovits. I think it is quite obvious that I am totes admiring her photographic works. Definitely another photographer added to my list. ☺
My favs; picture 1 (like Lavazza) & 7 (the gorgeous red carpet) and loving her dress in picture 5.. actually pretty much all her dresses! Very fairytale like. Love. I am a sucker for romance. ♥

Annie, Italian Style.

A series also by Annie Leibovitz for the 2009 Lavazza Coffee Calendar. She incorporates icons in which reflect on the rich Italian style. I have previously posted an image from this series (months of July/August) and I also stated how much I loved that image. I think the reason being is because it's by Annie. Her works are remarkably astounding.

Annie In Wonderland.

Annie Leibovitz is an American portrait photographer. Highly recognised by her famous shoots of John Lennon for the Rolling Stones cover, Demi Moore and Miley Cyrus for Vanity Fair.

Below are her shoots of Alice in Wonderland featured in Vogue magazine.

Down The Rabbit Hole - Yves Saint Laurent.

Drink Me - Helmet Lang.

Pig and Pepper - Chanel Haute Couture.

Tweedledum and Tweedledee - Viktor & Rolf.

The Mad Tea Party - Christian Lacroix Haute Couture.

Who Stole the Tarts? - Dior Couture.

The Mock Turtle's Story - Versace.

Through The Looking Glass - Balenciaga Couture.

Sass & Bide.

An Australian designer fashion creation by Sarah-Jane Clarke and Heidi Middleton. It is highly recognisable for its OTT styles and quirkiness. It has become my new addiction, though not very healthy for my wallet, I am still absolutely loving it! ♥

Unique styles with rushes of gold gold gold! My favourite! :D

These collections I am particularly infatuated with (below). I adore the gold cut-out vests/throw-overs. They can pretty much go with anything, very versatile and that's what I love about them. I will guaranteed get a few wears from them because I don't normally wear my dressy-dresses more than once. Most are out of my price range, but those I can afford, never any of my size. :(

Ancient Inspiration.

Just a little over three years ago, it was the first and only time I've seen the movie '300', starring Gerard Butler as King Leonidas and Lena Headey as Queen Gorgo. Apart from remembering the 300 men with shredded six-pack abs! I still haven't forgotten the costumes of the female characters, specifically that of Queen Gorgos'. I think Ancient Greece has created some of the most beautiful designs (which of course suited such lovely Goddesses). I have always been particularly into die-cut dresses. And especially with the full length of these gowns, it really conceals yet reveals the natural beauty and shape of the female form. It is very subtly sexy.

(Above) Pictured is one of the styles worn by Queen Gorgo in 300. Unfortunately, it is the only picture I could find, I remember she wore a few more outstanding pieces. It is probably worthy of watching if you're interested and I can guarantee the dresses (alongside with the abs) will mesmerise you!

I will one day - hopefully soon, design and create something similar of my own.

J'adore Gold.

I was never into the colour gold, always have been a silver type of person. It wasn't until a few seasons ago that I began my love for gold. Everything I buy these days seem to entail some sort of gold detailing. And not to mention, I fell in love at first sight with this new advert for Dior's J'adore perfume. With it's mystic gold theme, it almost reflects on the belief that the skin of Egyptian Gods' were of a golden colour. I think Charlize Theron is one of the most natural beauties. But more importantly, the one thing that I was most drawn to was the dress worn by her. I am crazy in love with it! Strapless & fitted = my absolute favourite kind of style! ♥

Meaning of Gold:
Wealth, God, winning, safety, masculine power, happiness, playful humour, prestige, wisdom, love of spirit, meaning, purpose, awe, spiritual love, quests of the heart, desire for power, mystic powers.

The City That Never Sleeps.

These streets will make you feel brand new. Big lights will inspire you.

The lights in these pictures are already inspiring me. I absolutely cannot wait to visit New York next year (so that is the plan if I can save save save $$). I am ready to let my heart melt and fall head over heels with everything in that city. The bright yellow taxis, Empire State building, insane Times Square, Statue of liberty, sleepless nightlife. I want it all! Though I have never been, I really believe there is no place in the world that can compare.
I'm gonna be a part of it. New York, New York.

There's nothing I love more than amazing photos of cities.

A 'Little Bit' Indie.

Swedish indie singer Lykke Li (Born Li Lykke Timotej Zachrisson 1986).
Not generally my type of music genre but I am loving her music! Loving her style and uniqueness. One of my favourites at the moment; original 'Little Bit', and also the remix by Drake. Love love.

Sailor Kiss.

V-J day in Times Square photographed by Alfred Eisenstaedt. Famous end of war kiss between a sailor and a nurse in 1945. ♥

Published in Life magazine with caption; In New York's Times Square a white-clad girl clutches her purse and skirt as an uninhibited sailor plants his lips squarely on hers.

♥ Unforgettable kiss and still an encouraged act till this day.
